I keep coming back for the friendly staff and great service. They even helped me with a local food delivery number on my first stay. The place has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, off-site car park, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, flat-screen TV. Perfect for a city break.

The terrace feature was not something I personally used or enjoyed, but I can see how others might find it appealing.

Personally, I found the location of the apartment a bit far from the Newcastle city centre.
